    Love that you’re sharing the soft subtitle as well but how will it work with the raw video file available out there which is one complete video file? If the subtitle is going to be split into 7 parts, it wouldn’t be compatible right?

    I’m facing this problem with Nogizaka World Trip New Caledonia Day 1 as well. The raw video file is just one 2 hour long video file but the soft subtitle you’re sharing is split into 7 parts?

    1. We cut up the full days into more manageable pieces for us to work on for the subtitles. It was easier so we could work on several parts at once with the various members of the team.
      You would have to do the same or maybe make one larger subtitle file with them all joined together but it would need retimed in places to match up as small pieces were cut out inbetween some parts.

      1. In that case, would you be so kind as to share the raw video files that you split up as well as the split subtitles will only work for those you’re using?

        Splitting the video files into 7 part exactly in the way you timed it with the subtitles or merging all the subtitles and retiming it part by part is not something anyone can just get it right haha.

  2. Thank you. I think I will just use the hardsubbed files you have split up. I believe the video quality shouldn’t be very different from the raw files.

  5. Thank you so much for all the work you do! Hori and Kitano have been the most fun group to watch.

    I’ve synced your softsubs to the full raws for this and your Hawaii episodes.
    When it’s complete, would it be okay to upload them to aidoru together with GEES’ Spain episode softsubs?
